I am getting very frustrated with people not submitting stuff to the appropriate folders. Depending on my mood, if you submit to the wrong folder it will be either ignored or declined. If I am feeling generous, it is an amazing piece, or I recognize you as a long-time member and realize you may have just made a mistake, I will accept and move to the appropriate folder. Those that ask why their submission has been declined, ignored, etc. will be redirected to this journal. Thank you to everyone who submits to the right folder, you make my life easier.
